The team has a vast amount of experience in the property industry.
RP Group was established in 2020 by father-and-son team Nicholas and Thomas Ratcliffe, under the guidance of experienced industry expert, Paul Burgess. Property runs in the family’s blood and like their late Great and Great Great Grandfathers, the current Ratcliffe family understand the worth, permanence and longevity of bricks and mortar.
Having already brought several projects to market, the team is ambitious for the future and is dedicated to transforming forgotten land and dilapidated buildings into beautiful homes and vibrant communities.
The team is currently working on bringing several new sites to market that are situated in enviable locations across the North West.
The RP Group controls their own land acquisition and planning processes and is therefore actively looking for new land and joint venture opportunities.
